Unless there are any reasons in association with a business transaction why you should not do so, you can revoke your consent allowing us to use your personal details with immediate effect in writing (e.g. by email or fax). Your details will not be passed on to third parties unless this is required by law.

Subscribing to our newsletter

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will use your details to send you, at regular intervals, information on new products, current offers and our customer services.

We need a valid email address for an effective registration. In order to confirm that a registration really has come from the owner of an email address, we use the "Double opt-in" method. For this, we log the subscription to the newsletter, the sending of a confirmation email and the receipt of the required reply. These details are used exclusively for sending the newsletter, and will not be passed on to third parties. In order to be able to provide you with relevant information, we collect further details such as your country and the customer group as well as your email address.

Withdrawal and cancellation: You can withdraw your agreement to receiving the newsletter at any time and cancel your subscription.

On receipt of your cancellation, your personal details will be deleted. Your agreement to receiving the newsletter will be cancelled at the same time. You will find the cancellation link at the end of every newsletter.

The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO if the user has given his or her consent. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.
