My registration link has expired. What am I doing now?
You haven't confirmed your email adress yet, but the registration link for the confirmation has already expired? No problem at all!
Simply click on "Request registration link again" in the registration form. We will send you an email with a new link.
Can I register for the event at short notice?
Registration is possible until the opening of the event. However, we reccomend to register before the event starts.
So you can prepare yourself for the event, discover exciting sessions and, if you like, request a consultation appointment.
When will the event platform be activated?
We are currently working on getting the event started soon. As soon as the access to the event platform is activated, you will be informed as a registered user by email. Until then, you have the opportunity to prepare for the event in advance: Take a look at the schedule and discover exciting sessions!
How long is my login code valid?
The login code is valid for 120 minutes. If you do not log in to the event platform within these 120 minutes, you will receive a new link as soon as you want to log in.
I haven't received an email confirming my registration. What can I do?
Please request a registration link again. Simply click on "Request registration link again" in the registration form. You will receive an email to complete your registration.
Do my colleagues have to register separately or can we use one account together?
Each participant should register for the event themselves - even within a company. It is not possible to log in with the same account from multiple end devices.
Is there anything I need to know in advance to participate in the digital event?
The sessions as well as the live shows will be displayed via Zoom. We therefore recommend installing the Zoom app in advance - this is the easiest way to get into the sessions during the event.
